Our client was involved in a serious motorcycle crash where the motorcycle he was riding was struck by a car that turned left directly across his path. He sustained severe injuries, which included a nasal fracture, multiple lacerations to his groin and throughout his body, as well as a traumatic brain injury and, as a result, was forced to stop working and permanently close his business. The insurer took the position that he was partly to blame for the crash and refused full or fair compensation. Our office took the case through litigation up to mediation, where it settled for $250,000.00.
